My Story
In my early 20s, I was trapped in a cycle of binge drinking, overeating, and a sedentary lifestyle, which left me unhappy and steadily gaining weight. The turning point came when I realised how far I'd let myself go. I hired a coach, educated myself about nutrition and exercise, and transformed not just my body, but my mental health as well.
Since then, I've taken on new challenges—moving from Ireland to Australia, becoming a mother, running my first half marathon, and even competing in fitness model competitions, where I placed number 1 in Australia and number 2 at the world event in Los Angeles.
Stepping away from the all-or-nothing mindset changed my relationship with myself, food, and fitness for the better. As a coach, I promise results, but only if you’re ready to put in the work!
