Using just dumbbells and a kettlebell, these sessions are designed to fit your schedule while keeping you motivated and on track. I’ll be right there with you, coaching and pushing you through every rep to ensure you get the most out of every session!

  • Weekly Adherence Check-ins & Fortnightly 1:1 Check Ins: To keep you on track and make adjustments as needed, so you’re always progressing.

    Lisa is an online transformation coach specialising in helping busy women and moms build strength, lose fat, and feel confident in their bodies - without extreme restrictions or endless workouts. With nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Lisa has coached hundreds upon hundreds of women through sustainable training and nutrition strategies that fit into real life.

    As a mom herself, Lisa understands the challenges of balancing work, health, fitness, and family. She’s passionate about helping women simplify their approach, stay accountable, and achieve results they can maintain long-term. Whether through 1:1 coaching, group challenges, or her Busy Mums Club, Lisa provides expert guidance, education, and unwavering support to help her clients thrive.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The challenge starts Monday the 31st of March and ends on May the 12th. It runs for 6 weeks.

  • Once you sign up, Lisa will be in touch with your consultation form. Full app access to program and calories will be granted approx 3 days out out from the challenge start date. From there, Lisa will be in touch to guide you from there.

  • No, this challenge is more suited to those who are of beginners and intermediate levels and those who are looking to get back into the routine or exercising and implementing some better lifestyle habits.

  • No, this is a 6 week commitment. No cancellation or refunds.

  • Yes, your calories will be personalised to you.

  • You require a set of dumbbells and a kettlebell.

  • This challenge is just catered to females. If you are in the early stages of post partum (eg. 1 - 2 months), this program is not designed for you and it is recommended you reach out for 1 to 1 coaching.

  • Yes, the challenge is still for you but you would require a customised training plan to cater to your needs and injuries. This would be an add on.
